Jackson, MiMilwaukee Tool is out pacing the competition! To support this unprecedented growth, Milwaukee Tool is building a strong Human Resources team to support our global distribution center in Olive Branch, MS, adding to our team an Associate HR Manager. The Associate HR Manager is a key member of the distribution center leadership team supporting employees, supervisors, and leadership teams through key HR functions. This position report directly to the Sr. HR Manager.

Associate HR Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Coach employees and supervisors through challenging situations
- Conduct investigations, document findings, and provide recommendations
- Provide guidance to management regarding progressive discipline, coaching/counseling, and conflict resolution
- Support assigned teams through biannual performance management processes creating a culture of coaching and improvement
- Payroll
- Partner with the HR Ops team to ensure payroll is processed with accuracy
- Provide basic Kronos support for employees
- Assist Managers and Supervisor with the Attendance Policy by tracking occurrences and generating reports
- Recruiting
- Partner with the recruiting team to fill open positions, review offers, and process internal submit internal promotions for processing
- Participate with onsite and external job fairs
- Additionally
- Support, communicate, and track employee title, department, compensation changes and terminations with the payroll and benefits team
Education and Experience Requirements
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience in a manufacturing strongly preferred
- Previous experience with Kronos/Workday preferred, but not required
- Strong customer focus with ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and organized
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
