ORACLE MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONAL LEAD - 21439

Brookfield, WI

The Oracle Maintenance Functional Lead is responsible for partnering cross functionally with all our manufacturing plants in configuration and implementation onto the Oracle Cloud platform. They will form cross functional teams to deliver the project objectives with goal of driving process standardization across all facilities. They will work closely with the balance of the Oracle manufacturing team to ensure successful ERP implementation occurs in each manufacturing site.

Also, they will work closely with the implementation partner for Oracle to support achieving the project goals. The individual also must possess the ability to clearly communicate project progress to stakeholders, drive change management across the supply chain, and effectively train individuals in maintenance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document business process, assess areas for improvement, and align on future state process/work instruction role out to teams
  • Integrate maintenance data from existing platform into Oracle Cloud
  • Assist project team with critical data migration & mapping tasks
  • Create & execute test scenarios in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Work cross functionally and drive consensus amongst project team
  • Align project deliverables/project status with sponsor/steering committees and ensure proper resources are aligned
  • Proactively identifies project risk, communicates, and manages risks to ensure project success.
  • Implement changes in ERP systems/reporting- partner with Business Analysts & Data scientists if needs are defined
  • Periodic travel may be required up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering with 5 years of business experience, or equivalent years of directly related experience in maintenance
  • Oracle ERP experience
  • Previous facilitator/coaching exposure/project participation where problem solving, process development and/or behavior change methods and tools have been used
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with time constraints
  • Must have oral and written communications skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project management tools or project management certification
  • Understanding of WMS
  • Lean Six Sigma Training
  • Proficiency in Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping & Kaizen
  • Advanced Data analysis skills in MS Excel, Minitab, Pareto, & Control charts
