Milwaukee Tool has an exciting opportunity as a Quality Management Systems Specialist. This position will have responsibility for a variety of Quality Management (QMS) processes and tools. Quality Systems Specialists' supports key manufacturing and service centers in regions throughout the North America.
Open position regions:
- (2) MS/TN -- Includes Greenwood, Jackson, Clint and Cookeville, MS and Olive Branch, TN facilities
- (2) WI/IN -- Includes corporate, Sun Prairie, Mukwonago, and West Bend, WI and the Indianapolis, IN service center
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Assists regional plants and service centers with Oracle Cloud implementation
- Provides quality systems training and support as need.
- Facilitates uniform standards and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
- Management and facilitation of quality documentation system.
- Supports internal audit activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience managing quality management systems
- Experience with implementation of new quality systems, Oracle Cloud preferred
- ASQ CQA or ISO 9001 audit training recommended
- Experience with quality audits/inspections;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train other associates;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
