* Career advancement opportunities Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Practice 5S and Safety
* Leads a team to manage the day-to-day operations and activities of talent training programs effectively and efficiently
* Solicits feedback from all relevant stakeholders related to performance and incorporates feedback into the talent training program accordingly
* Conducts or delegates shift start-up meetings; communicates information related to culture, safety, training initiatives, and facility/HR updates to keep team members informed
* Provides timely, ongoing communication ensuring the effective communication of information to trainers and Talent Training Program Supervisor and Manager
* Identify and develop innovative ways of approaching problems, opportunities, tasks, and strategies that support the mission of Talent Training
* Identify opportunities through learner feedback, team feedback, and operational performance metrics and propose potential solutions
* Serves as a back-up in the absence of the Talent Training Program Supervisor
* Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned What tools you'll bring with you:
* High School or GED diploma required
* Excellent organizational skills and time management skills required
* Must possess basic math and basic computer skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* High attention to detail
* Ability to perform work per instructions and within reasonable time
* Knowledge of all distribution center functions: pick, pack, receive and ship product
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills * High Jump Experience is preferred but not required
* Training Experience or Leadership experience is preferred but not required
* Equipment Operators License is preferred but not required Physical and Weightlifting Demands:
* Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes
* Standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive motion
* Operation of a manual pallet jack, and various Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, pallet trucks, rider trucks, fork trucks, or lift trucks)
