Your Role on Our Team

Through the agile process you will be responsible for managing your sprint tasks and ensuring development is completed, tested, validated by stakeholders, and pushed successfully to production. You will work with the greater team to ensure best practices and responsibilities are thoughtfully communicated. As part of the greater brand marketing development team, you will be responsible for work done for Milwaukee Tool marketing web products and digital merchandising solutions to ensure the best quality is always delivered for every release and feature you are a part of.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement web designs.
• Agile Scrum development.
• Drive and advocate best practices in code development through peer code reviews.
• Driving success through understanding and communication with UI designers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders
• Engage in the web development process governed by the established Agile framework.
• Encourage best practices through development with HTML, JS, CSS, and whatever new technologies emerge.
• Review code and actively contribute to a collaborative environment with the development team.
• Drive the overall team's success by embracing the cultural beliefs and encouraging the team to always improve.
• Remain agile to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to quickly adjust to the market demands.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software development or equivalent front-end development experience.
• 5 or more years of professional experience as a front-end developer.
