SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEAD - 20983
Brookfield, WIThe Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead is responsible for leading improvement and standardization opportunities for supply chain business processes. They will form cross functional teams to deliver the project objectives with end-to-end supply chain mindset. They will partner with IT & data analytics teams as needed to support achieving the project goals. The individual also must possess the ability to clearly communicate project progress to stakeholders, drive change management with across the supply chain, and effectively train individuals in supply chain/impacted departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams focused on global supply chain business process improvement
- Document business process, assess areas for improvement, and align on future state process/work instruction role out to teams
- Create & execute test scenarios in partnership with subject matter experts
- Work cross functionality and drive consensus amongst project team
- Align project deliverables/project status with sponsor/steering committees and ensure proper resources are aligned
- Proactively identifies project risk, communicates, and manages risks to ensure project success.
- Implement changes in ERP systems/reporting- partner with BA & Data scientist if needs are defined
- Periodic travel may be required up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering with 5 years of business experience, or equivalent years of directly related experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement role
- Manufacturing industry experience in capacity planning, master scheduling, procurement or inventory control role
- Understanding of ERP or WMS
- Previous facilitator/coaching exposure/project participation where problem solving, process development and/or behavior change methods and tools have been used
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with time constraints
- Must have oral and written communications skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Project management tools or project management certification
- Lean Six Sigma Training
- CPIM certification
- Oracle ERP experience
- Proficiency in Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping & Kaizen
- Advanced Data analysis skills in MS Excel, Minitab, Pareto, & Control charts
