Senior Advanced Application Support Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Supports all aspects of Dynamics AX 2012 R2 from order to cash

-Provides world-class customer service and support through effective incident and problem management

-Serves as the advanced second-level support for ERP and custom .NET applications

-Provides thoughtful, in-depth root cause analysis and solutions to resolve system problems

-Develops IT credibility by modeling professionalism, excellence, integrity, and passion

-Builds strong relationships with business users and works together to determine the most effective solutions for Milwaukee Tool

-Partners with vendors and cross-functional internal teams to ensure efficient process flow across organizational lines

-Complies with established change management procedures and communicates planned and unplanned outages/maintenance effectively

-Maintains focus on continuous improvement and works collaboratively within the IT organization to ensure a robust, stable computing environment based on aligned business priorities

-Manages the integration of new client technologies into business systems processes and procedures for support transition

Education and Experience Requirements:

-Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Information Technology Management or related technical field and 8 years of work experience providing application support to end users or Master's or equivalent degree in Information Technology Management or related technical field and 5 years of work experience providing application support to end users. Experience must include:

+ ERP systems, such as Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics AX

+ ITSM frameworks and processes

+ SQL queries

+ Agile Project Management Methodology

-Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-International and domestic travel required (up to 25%)
