The primary function of this position is to help lead a team responsible the management and administration of sales incentive compensation at Milwaukee Tool. This role will work closely with the sales leaders to support the growth of the sales field and evolution of compensation plans.
This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR leadership to manage and improve sales compensation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own the sales compensation processes and interact regularly with Finance, Sales, HR, and IT leadership to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales incentive program.
- Identify and respond actively, and with sensitivity, to the needs of all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

- Drive the monthly processes supporting account lists management, personnel changes, data validations, and attainment reporting and analysis.
- Lead the sales programs team through the quarterly goal setting, exception review, and payout processes.
- Prepare the annual sales bonus budget and manage the monthly forecasting process, and corresponding analysis.
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, while working to automate and streamline processes.
- Identify and drive process and system enhancements and actively participate in process improvement projects.
- Effectively engage all levels of the organization through written and oral communication.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information to internal customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Minimum five years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, complex problem-solving, and presentation skills to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
